For any services, a deposit of 50% of your total charges will be collected electronically and the rest is due on the day of the event except for weddings. Weddings the remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding date.

What professional credentials, associations, education, or ogranizations make you a "professional" photographer.
This is a great question, in our current times of technology, very good cameras are made at fairly affordable prices and even using automatic modes can't generate average photographs. Photography is an art things like conception, perception, artistic involvement, message, context, and other fine art qualities truly make a beautiful and artistic image they don't possess. Cameras also will not tell you how to make adjustments yourself to get the desired best result, what do the settings mean, what is the proper type of lighting to use, what is the correct white balance, and many other intricacies involved in a technical good photograph as well. Finally, most photography is digital the ability to edit, post process, finish the job in editing programs without over doing it are things that separate all professional photographers from someone with just good equipment and automatic settings. However, what we possess is 17 years experience in professional photography, an A+ Rating with the BBB, a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Photography, currently enrolled in a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in photography to ensure I can continue to get even better for my customers. I am also a Professional Member of the NPPA (National Press Photographers Association, member of the PPA (Professional Photographers of America), a Getty Images Contributor, a contributing photographer to iStock images, and a contributor to alamy images.
I have been domestically and internationally published in every genre I photograph since 2022 over 300 publications and 15 publication covers. Many customers have shared reviews on Google, Facebook, the BBB, and directly about the quality of my work many of those are in the testimonials sections of the website.
How do you photograph weddings?
I love being by your side to help you before your wedding day. I''ll send you a guide to help you organizing your day, the best moments for the couple photos, the different lights... and it''s really exciting for me to receive photos of your dress, shoes, invits...! On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique. With certain venues and/or packages a second photographer may be needed I partner with other qualified professionals and colleagues of mine to fully cover your special day. We do base our type of coverage on the couples likes and wants for their wedding some like traditional with a mix of black and white, some like an editorial touch to it, and others like an artistic flare in their wedding, a lot of how we shoot depends on what we need to do to make you happy while maintaining our high level of technical and artistic quality.
Where are you based and do you travel?
We are based in Troy, Ohio but travel to many places into Northwest Ohio, Central Ohio (Columbus Area), Dayton Area, Southwest Ohio (Cincinnati), and have even shot a wedding in Kentucky. There may be additional charges for time and travel not included in normal pricing
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 6 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season of your wedding and workload). You can download all the photos (Low-Resolution if you wish to print you own there are packages including that option or it can be purchased.) from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
On non-weddings, galleries are usually completed within 4 weeks maximum but usually much sooner depending on the season and workload. If quicker turnaround times are needed and discussed when you contact us the first time we can usually make it work so please let us know your deadline if you have one for example to get senior photos to the high school yearbook for printing.
How many pictures will we receive?
For an 8-hour wedding, you will receive between roughly 300 to 500 fully edited images(this can vary). We always choose quality rather than quantity and that's why we will choose the best and most significant photos to tell your story.
What is the refund policy on my deposit?
We use a sliding scale for cancellations and refunds on deposits and a separate policy for weddings, the wedding cancellation policy is:
Cancellations 120 days or more before the shoot date 100% is refunded. 119-91 days is 75% refund, 90-60 days is 50% refund, 59-31 days is 25%, 30 days or less there is no refund of the deposit.
All other deposit conditions will be stated in your contract that you will be sent before everything is officially booked and the deposit is collected, it is important to remember until we receive your deposit anyone else can book your date/time.
Do I get everything in writing?
Scams abound plenty in our times and we use state-of-the-art encrypted and secure technology to provide contracts and/or releases that clearly outline the terms of our services, what you are getting, how much you are paying for, and the use of the photographs.
